The developer of the shopping mall is Keen Property Partners Reatil (KPP), which specialises in the acquisition and development of local and regional retail centres, a sector with high growth potential. The cooperation is based on actions aimed at promoting the expansion of the shopping centre and its commercialisation. The contract has been concluded for indefinite period of time. Questia's tasks include developing a communication strategy and PR activities plan.
Rzeszów Plaza is a favourite shopping destination for the residents of Rzeszów, with a stable and loyal customer base. The mall has a great tenant mix of popular national and international brands and local vendors, offering excellent choice for customers with various shopping preferences. The mall is very popular, due to the wide range of top brands offered as well as its superb location. Rzeszów Plaza houses 75 shops, two cafés, a pharmacy and several service points. During the expansion process of Rzeszów Plaza, two more storeys will be added and a five-storey car park is to be built.
