- Our methods
The first stage of a new programme is to define the Client's business goal, as our actions must support this.
Next we review and carefully analyse the Client's current situation and business environment.
As a result, we are able to define specific communication objectives, and on this basis develop a correctly-targeted strategy.
Communication strategy, the mechanism by which perceptions or opinions will be changed, is the basis for the preparation and implementation of an action plan.
Communication plans are never implemented in a vacuum, but the changing external environment is always monitored and taken into account to assure maximum effect.
The final stage of our work is measurement and assessment of the results of our communication activities.
